To make an enquiry regarding the CPAP product you require or to place an order, we can be contacted via one of the methods below. We accept all major credit cards (no additional fees) Bank Cheque and Money Order also accepted.

 

All CPAP equipment purchased maintains their factory warranties however we do not cover freight costs for repairs/faults and must be returned to original place of purchase. Payment must be received before goods will be dispatched. As we use Australia Post please allow 3-5 days in most areas for delivery. We do not hire any CPAP equipment and all purchases exclude any previous discounts from the providing CPAP dealer. Our return/refund policy on machines must be within 7 days of date of receipt and a 15% restocking fee will apply (consumable parts used will be charged to cover replacement costs). There are no refunds on masks if the sealed packaging has been opened. Please be advised that mask purchases are final sales due to health regulations. Additional fees may apply if you require mask fitting or if we provide home delivery service. We maintain the right to change pricing without notice please phone to confirm pricing.
