CPAP Direct TERMS

In keeping with online sales policies by ResMed and Phillips/Respironics all purchases of CPAP machines can only be made after a consultation with one our our trained CPAP consultants, either at one of our offices or by our mobile services provide.

All CPAP equipment purchased maintains their factory warranties however we do not cover freight costs for repairs/faults. Payment must be received before goods will be dispatched. As we use Australia Post/Fastway Couriers please allow 3-5 days in most areas for delivery. We also recommend that insurance be taken when placing any order as we are not responsible for any undelivered items. Any CPAP equipment provided by us excludes hire and any promotional discounts from the purchase price.

Our return/refund policy on machines must be within 7 days of date of receipt and a 15% restocking fee will apply. There are no refunds on masks if the sealed packaging has been opened. Please be advised that mask purchases are final sales due to health regulations. Additional fees may apply if you require mask fitting or if we provide home delivery service.

We maintain the right to change pricing without notice please phone to confirm pricing.The prices for the ResMed products offered on this site may not include the necessary mask fitting, instruction in the use or personal and clinical support by any ResMed Accredited Partner other than at the locations listed.
